Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated automatically upon checkout through Canada Post. You only pay what we pay for shipping. Orders are shipped once a week. Your patience and support means the world to me and I thank you so much for understanding the way Organic Candy operates. Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Organic Candy is not held responsible for paying customs charges. This fee must be paid by the purchaser. International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs.

Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately Organic Candy does not accept any returns on products. Please follow instructions carefully so your products do not go off. You may send an email to discuss any issue you may be experiencing as your satisfaction matters. Depending on the issue, we may or may not be able to provide a return.
